DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are currently delivering to the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship to US PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect items once they are en route. 

SHIPPING COSTS

At checkout, a flat rate shipping option is offered with expedited options for overnight and two day shipping at a rate of $25 U.S. dollars. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.  On average, your order should ship within 1-2 business days.

For orders $400 and above, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. 

You will receive an email notification with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. Once the order is placed, you will receive a 2nd email confirming your item has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not currently shipping outside of the USA via our online store. If you would like to order items from outside of the US, please contact us at help@bydaniellahunter.com and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.

RETURN POLICIES
Daniella Hunter Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your item within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Daniella Hunter Inc. has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

For our returns postal address, please email help@bydaniellahunter.com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. Please note that items may sell out in certain colors and sizes so exchanges are not always possible. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, please notify us by email at help@bydaniellahunter.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

All sale items are "FINAL SALE". Any item purchased on "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.  

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES

While we are not responsible for stolen or lost items, if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at help@bydaniellahunter.com and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package.
